Graduation Pork Sliders

10lb pork shoulder roast
8 cloves garlic, add salt and chop finely into a paste
Adobe seasoning
3 lemons, juiced
1 orange, juiced
1 onion, chopped
olive oil
salt, pepper and oregano to taste
Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce
1-12ct King's Hawaiian dinner rolls

Place roast in a baking dish, fat side up. Rub with olive oil and generously sprinkle with Adobo. Make 1" slits (about 1" deep) all over roast and fill with garlic paste. Mix juices, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Pour over pork and marinade overnight. Heat oven to 475 degrees F. Pour water or chicken stock up to 1" and bake uncovered for 1 hour. Turn oven down to 275 degrees F and tent pork with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours per lb. Remove foil for the last hour of cooking. Allow pork to cool, shred with a fork and toss with barbecue sauce. Toast buns and fill with pork.
